Most lower back pain is not a disc problem. It is tight glutes, locked-up hip flexors, and years of the same sitting posture compressing the tissue around the lumbar spine. A session unlocks those layers in sequence — heat first, deep work second, movement third — so the back stops doing the job the hips should have been doing.

How one session addresses it

    Infrared preconditioning

    10–15 minutes under the 1300W full-spectrum lamp to warm the lumbar fascia, glutes, and hip flexors so the manual work can actually reach tissue that is usually defended.

  2. 02

    Deep-tissue work

    Focused pressure through the erector spinae, QL, glute medius and minimus, and the anterior hip — the chain that actually drives most "my back hurts" complaints.

  3. 03

    Targeted stretching

    Hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes — the muscles that, when short, force the lower back to overwork.

  4. 04

    Joint mobilization

    Gentle lumbar and hip mobilization once the muscles stop guarding, restoring range that sitting has quietly removed.

  5. 05

    Cryotherapy

    Cold applied along the lumbar line to settle the nervous system and stop post-session soreness before it starts.

After the session

Home care

Walk, drink water, skip the gym that evening. The back will feel different for 24–48 hours as tissue settles.
